Teleplan is a privately held group of companies owned by the Longem family.

Teleplan Holding (TPH) is the parent company of the Group. TPH’s primary objectives are to ensure an optimal corporate structure, facilitate efficient and effective collaboration among the Group companies, and establish robust operational and regulatory frameworks. Furthermore, TPH is responsible for ensuring adequate financial preparedness and safeguarding operational continuity and financial predictability across the Group.

Through active ownership and close engagement with its portfolio companies, TPH drives financial performance and long term strategic development.

In addition to the operational oversight of the Group companies, TPH is responsible for the Group’s treasury functions, including liquidity management, capital allocation, and the investment of financial assets.

Teleplan has a long track record of spinning out and establishing start-ups, as well as investing in early-stage companies that hold strategic or complementary value to Teleplan’s core business, including, among others, Eiendomsverdi, OneVoice, Resight, and Triangula

The executive management of Teleplan Holding consists of an Executive Chair, a Chief Executive Officer, and a Chief Financial Officer, supported by a Head of Accounting and an Office Manager.
